The hotel's setting is magnificent, peaceful, and offers a superb view of the marsh. The pool and jacuzzi are very pleasant. A guaranteed change of scenery! The staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs. We dined at the restaurant; the meal was delicious, and breakfast was adequate. However, considering the establishment's star rating, we were disappointed with the room and bathroom, which we found dated and not up to par with a 5-star hotel. A refresh is needed. Finally, we found the price excessive considering the services offered, hence the rating.

Magnificent location and enchanting rooms overlooking the Marais. Throughout the day, we never tire of the colors from the terraces of the rooms. The staff took great care of us. Quality breakfast and restaurant.

15/11/2025: A very good restaurant. The waitress, who is also the owner, is very kind and attentive. The menu is varied, and the bull meat is local and very good. The covered and heated terrace is lovely during this winter period and is very well decorated; it's a very pleasant place to be. The owner, who works alone in the kitchen, manages the orders very well, and all our dishes were very good and generous. The only negative point was the "Coupe Liégeois," which contained no coffee but only scoops of ice cream; it was more of an ice cream sundae than a true Liège coffee. We had a really good time with the owner and chatted about local traditions. I recommend making a reservation. We will be back, The Alsatians 🥨

03/03/2026: Excellent duck breast, undoubtedly the best I've ever had. The homemade fries were perfect, nothing negative to say. The dessert was also fantastic and delicious. Great atmosphere, the setting is exceptional. The owner was perfect as always, and thanks also to the staff who served us. Highly recommended!
