Restaurant l'Estive sur Salon-De-Provence

We stopped at Estive completely by chance. A pleasant welcome despite the late hour. A careful setting and decoration. Excellent, homemade cuisine. The soft white is a treat, as are the tartare, pluma and desserts. A very pleasant discovery. Too bad we live so far away.

Very good restaurant Very good salad, too bad the Tomme de l'Ubaye was missing. Homemade Tourton and very good. Indeed, the lady at the reception and waitress is not very friendly or even aggressive. You have to hold on so as not to answer her as badly as she speaks. Very good restaurant

Swing door which communicates between the kitchen and the very noisy room, waitress who lacks a smile, we were served by 3 different people including the chef... either we came at the wrong time or is it like that all the time? Apart from that, food that is out of the ordinary, relatively good! Not being able to pay in restaurant vouchers on a Saturday evening is very penalizing, especially in these difficult times for the average French person...

Reservation made for a family meal on Saturday evening, copious and very very good, from starter to dessert a treat for the taste buds.

What can we say about our favorite restaurant in Salon de Provence. We celebrate almost all our wedding anniversaries or meetings with my husband there. Nice touches or table for 2! We have also already come as a family to introduce our children to this restaurant. Even when our daughter was 1 month old we brought her with us 🤣🤣😉😀. We have been customers for almost 14 years and we will return very soon without hesitation. Top team, chef Frédéric at the top and Valérie also an excellent boss with Frédéric the boss too. Without forgetting the superb waitress sorry I forgot her first name but who knows us by heart ❤ she knows that we often have the Champaurinne salad and our peach cute the giant profiteroles we are spotted. A specialty restaurant in the city center of Salon de Provence. The specialties menu is interesting but perhaps deserves a little more explanation. It was really good.
