We enjoyed this restaurant. The service was quick and efficient. The dishes were varied and delicious. The duck breast was amazing. The only downside was the mille-feuille, which fell apart; I had the same presentation at another restaurant the previous week. The terrace is nicely shaded for dining. I highly recommend the scallops. The presentation of the foie gras on an easel was original.

My visit to L'Hoirie restaurant last night was an overall very positive and memorable experience. The culinary execution was remarkably refined. I was particularly impressed by the John Dory fillet. The cooking, a critical element for this type of fine fish, was impeccably precise, perfectly preserving the tenderness and delicate flavors of the product. This dish was a true example of technical mastery. The dining experience is on par with the cuisine. The service is of high quality, orchestrated by staff who are both very pleasant, smiling, and consistently professional. The attention paid to the guests and the seamless flow of service greatly contribute to the enjoyment of the meal. The only slight drawback concerns the immediate surroundings of the table. We felt a bit cold, due to our seat's proximity to the door. This is a logistical point that needs improvement to guarantee a perfect and consistent experience throughout the restaurant. Despite this minor detail, L'Hoirie is an establishment I highly recommend. It successfully combines culinary excellence with attentive service.

Excellent discovery! I was invited, and I will gladly return – refined meal. Pleasant service, lovely dining room, beautiful tables.

Reservation for 7am-12:30pm, left the table at 4pm. Far too long, four different servers, one of whom was completely lost. We waited 20 minutes for the cheese course while the other desserts were being served, and then we had to get up to ask for it. What a disappointment! A beautiful decor and servers dressed in black aren't enough to make a place classy. Once a jewel among Angers' fine dining establishments, L'Hoirie is but a shadow of its former self. The service and the quality of the food are no longer commensurate with the prices charged.

Disappointing during a family meal: cramped seating, a lukewarm welcome, uninteresting onion soup as an amuse-bouche that didn't pair well with the aperitif, no advice on wine selection, and unfriendly staff who didn't live up to the standards of a fine-dining restaurant, both in terms of service and their uninspired jokes. The mille-feuille for dessert was also unrefined. Nothing like our previous visits... perhaps they should reduce the number of customers and pay more attention to their needs; that's certainly what we expected from this establishment.

Second visit to this restaurant. The starter and main course were very good, just a little too rich for my taste. The soufflé was too sweet for dessert. The welcome and service were attentive.
