On vacation in Toulouse, twice, we ate very well. Fresh product, everything is finely crafted and succulent from starter to dessert. With attentive service. Too bad we live too far away

Excellent meal, very good service, pleasant terrace (just bring mosquito repellent in summer 😅). I highly recommend. If I just had to give one recommendation... It's find a sound ambiance that's more in keeping with your restaurant. The music was too “electro” I think

It’s a place that I particularly appreciate for its welcoming terrace and its friendly atmosphere. The cuisine is truly delicious, prepared with care and using quality ingredients. I particularly like discovering their daily menu which always offers varied and tasty dishes. L’Instant is a great place where I often come back to have a good time over a tasty meal.

Des produits de qualité pour de belles assiettes. On recommande en entrée le Cabillaud en rillette, le cochon en plat et le dessert au chocolat. Un peu déçu par le dessert aux abricots. Le cadre est sympa, mais la salle est quand même bruyante.

29/11/2024: Nous allons dans ce restaurant depuis longtemps : les progrès sont constants avec de très belles assiettes, un équilibre, une précision, une créativité qui ravissent les yeux et les papilles. Le service parfait et rapide juste dans le bon tempo. On sort surpris qu'ils n'aient toujours pas de Bib gourmand.
15/08/2024: Très peu de choix : 2 entrées, z plats, 2 desserts, mais tout est parfaitement cuisiné et c'est délicieux. Le menu change également souvent, c'est donc l'occasion d'y retourner.

06/09/2024: In addition to the pleasant setting, the staff is fast but always available: I ate the best steak tartare of my life. Opinion given in all honesty because it is a dish that I usually have in the restaurant is there… Absolutely delicious and finish with a chocolate mousse!
06/09/2024: Great welcome, very friendly waiters and boss. Pizza, burgers, daily specials, desserts... everything is very good. And good value for money. No hesitation to eat there.
