Very friendly restaurant where you are never disappointed, the meat is of excellent quality, the service is perfect, very good wines In summer the terrace is very pleasant, inside it is very welcoming. No fuss, a good table with quality products The boss is extremely kind and pleasant

L'INSTANT... is a real culinary gem. I had the opportunity to enjoy a gourmet meal for two people and it was an exceptional experience. The flavors presented in each dish are a true symphony for the taste buds. The service was impeccable, combining professionalism and friendliness. A place to discover for lovers of refined cuisine and a memorable taste experience.

It does deserve it’s Michelin Bib Gourmand. Overall we had a pleasant dining experience. My beef chuck with demi glace sauce could have used a little bit more salt, otherwise the cook of the meat and sauce was perfect. My friends ordered the lunch menu, it was delicious but quite basic for the Michelin distinction they were awarded. Food and plating could have been more or even a bit elevated and yet it seemed really just like brasserie lunch set. I’ve been to all the bib gourmand rated restaurants in and around Toulouse so I can compare well, they could do way better with the food, to be honest. The dessert, it wasn’t as great as I expected. The menu even the à la carte felt just a tad bit lazy for me, in my opinion. The wine recommendation was good for us though. Price wise generally, it’s reasonable. Service, decor and atmosphere are very satisfactory. Overall, if you’re looking for a very good restaurant in the area, I recommend Restaurant L’instant.

A new address that we don’t hesitate to share with those around us. Thank you to the whole team for your cooking, your sympathy and your welcome. The discovery menu lives up to its name, it allowed us to discover new flavors, an experience in this restaurant which gave us a very pleasant moment. We will come back !
