It’s a very charming hotel close to the center and market, but still very quiet. Well equipped rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a selection of seafood and meat.

Lovely room overlooking the patio, very quiet, nice decor. The patio and outdoor pool are very pleasant and have a cozy feel! Good breakfast. The restaurant offers good quality food. The staff is welcoming and friendly! The only slight drawback: the parking lot has narrow and limited spaces. I recommend it!

We spent five days at the Hotel Océan as a family. The hotel is a beautiful place; full of charm, peaceful in the heart of the village, and close to the beach. The heated pool allowed us to enjoy it as well. The restaurant is also very good, offering delicate and delicious dishes. Whether at the hotel or the restaurant, we received a very warm welcome! We highly recommend this lovely place.

23/07/2026: Very pleasant and helpful staff, excellent wine and tapas too, very friendly owner, I highly recommend it
21/07/2026: We were just passing by. We had a meeting nearby and were looking for a place to have a drink and a bite to eat. So we ordered a platter with some delicious shellfish, enough for two people, and homemade tuna rillettes. A small beer from Île de Ré and we were all set. Kudos to our two waitresses, who were very pleasant and helpful.
