Restaurant M sur Niderviller

We chose Traiteur M for our wedding following a lot of recommendations and it was well deserved. The service was beyond our expectations, professionalism and competent staff like you rarely see. Everything is done to support the bride and groom by avoiding stress: installation of the room the day before at no extra charge, etc. On the big day, lots of little touches make the difference: keeping appetizers for us even if we are busy with our photos during the reception, offering us a personalized vase for the bouquet, presenting the dishes after having served them.. Everything is top of the line and our guests were dazzled. We had nothing but compliments on the meal. The wedding cake and its pear sorbet were exceptional. Thank you for doing so much to make our wedding beautiful.

We called on the Domaine M team for our wedding on August 17, 2024, Exceptional is too weak a word to describe the work, rigor, discretion and thoughtfulness of the entire team. A minute poached egg with truffle (for 80 people) more than perfect for our starter, a challenge that we threw at them, met with flying colors by Julien and his colleagues. The wedding catering service at Domaine M Niderviller is of extreme quality, with a refined gastronomic offer, an attachment to local culture, and highly relevant support from the start to the end of the project. But what makes a very clear difference from other caterers is Chef Julien Mutschler's attention to detail, his thoughtfulness towards his clients, and his desire to exceed the "simple" (not always) expectations of the bride and groom.
