A truly wonderful culinary experience!

A truly wonderful experience. The dishes are exquisite, with original and consistently delicious combinations. The service was incredibly friendly. Some dishes could perhaps have used a touch more zest, such as the beef tartare with oysters. Special mention goes to the monkfish, the crab, and the lamb. And the dessert was absolutely superb, with a delightful herb sorbet.

A very pleasant experience at this restaurant. The service was perfect. The dishes were sophisticated and well-prepared. Some were truly subtle in flavor, while others were a little less impressive. But overall, it was a good experience and we recommend it.

An excellent restaurant that easily deserves a first star. The only slight drawback: the ventilation. Unfortunately, upon leaving, clothes still retain the memory of the meal for a very long time… a shame, because everything else is truly remarkable.

A remarkable gastronomic experience. At Magma, the dishes are built around genuine paradoxes: lobster and pig's head, crab and calf's brains, beef tartare and oyster… On paper, these pairings are surprising; on the plate, they become perfectly natural. Surprise is present with every course, but never gratuitous or provocative. Each combination reveals the qualities of the other, with remarkable precision and balance. It's difficult to choose a favorite dish. This menu is a firework display: can we really say that the blue spark is more beautiful than the red? Each creation brings its own color, its own emotion, and contributes to a perfectly orchestrated whole. Add attentive service, exquisitely refined cuisine, and a delightful stroll through the Marais district to get there… and you have a memory that will linger for a long time.

Warning: This is a truly exceptional restaurant to discover before it receives a Michelin star! The surf and turf combination in every dish is particularly successful. The cuisine is extremely precise, and the wine pairings are very judicious. A restaurant of this caliber is very rare, even in Paris. Unbeatable value for money.
