This typical southwestern restaurant is excellent! The dishes are truly delicious; I've never been disappointed. We dined with a large group, and they managed without any waiting between courses! The service is impeccable; the servers are typical of their region: welcoming and friendly! The dishes are succulent, and their cassoulet is simply the best I've ever tasted. If you're looking for regional specialties, don't hesitate; you won't be disappointed.

I'm from Castelnaudary and I love cassoulet. The one I was served this Thursday evening was excellent. Truly excellent: cooking, seasoning, and preparation. A benchmark. Very friendly service.

I expected a more beautiful setting, the restaurant felt industrial and the cassoulet, I also expected better for a cassoulet voted the best in the world in 2024.
