Excellent restaurant! The cassoulet...a real treat, not greasy, very easy to digest. Modern decor. Impeccable service. In short, a must-try in Castelnaudary! I highly recommend this establishment.

We had a wonderful time enjoying an excellent homemade cassoulet and chatting with the owner, Marty. The portions were very generous. It was very quiet, but I didn't feel any air conditioning even though it was 40°C outside. I recommend making a detour for your next stop.

05/05/2026: Fantastic experience. First visit, my son and I had a few beers and a croque monsieur. Everything was amazing. I left our server a canada key chain before leaving. We went again a couple of nights later and he gave us a drink shot before we left. Super nice guy and added to our vacation for sure. Thanks
22/04/2026: It has everything: a great selection of beers, cocktails for connoisseurs, a fantastic atmosphere, darts, and on top of that, the warm smile of the owner, Salim. A top-notch bar, a real neighborhood gem.
