A restaurant just like you'd find in the countryside! Absolutely nothing to complain about: everything is excellent, from the service and prices to, most importantly, the food. A warm welcome, quality ingredients, and truly superb cuisine. And the mique… the best in France! 😍 I highly recommend it!

Perfect restaurant, absolutely top-notch meal. The staff were very welcoming. The walnut mousse was perfect, and to finish off the meal beautifully, a small walnut liqueur recommended by the owner. We'll be back next year for the mique (a local bread) or the calf's head. The Héraultais (a locals)

Delicious food and exceptionally friendly service!

What a pleasure to discover this old-fashioned, unpretentious restaurant, with its authentic and welcoming inn atmosphere. A restaurant like this is sadly becoming increasingly rare these days. The cuisine is generous, flavorful, and prepared with genuine local ingredients. The portions are hearty and substantial, all at a very reasonable price. The €26.50 set menu is particularly noteworthy: the two starters, country soup and gizzard salad, were already quite filling! The coq au vin was absolutely exquisite, accompanied by vegetables from local producers, of a quality that is truly incomparable to supermarket produce. The cheese platter was very well stocked, and the homemade desserts were delicious. The atmosphere is warm, the village is charming and seems timeless. A wonderful discovery, with that rare feeling of having found an authentic place that truly deserves to be preserved.

A superb discovery with hearty and delicious traditional cuisine. We came by motorcycle and had no parking problems whatsoever. The service was friendly and responsive; we highly recommend it.

Passing through this small village, we found exactly what we were looking for after an exhausting day: a restaurant nestled amidst the winding roads of the Périgord region. Peaceful, authentic, and welcoming. We were absolutely charmed by the warm welcome, the spontaneity, and the efficiency of the owners, who make this restaurant a friendly and family-oriented place.
