We came as a family and received a professional welcome. The dishes were good and well-presented. My trout deserved a larger portion of rice. I asked for another portion, which was free of charge. The desserts were also beautiful and delicious. I recommend it.

A great find! A very good meal at a more than reasonable price. The owner and his team were pleasant and friendly. We'll gladly come back in the spring to enjoy the lovely terrace.

Great restaurant! We ate there with my friends and son for New Year's Day 2026. The menu was delicious, the waitress was very friendly and pleasant, we had a wonderful time and we'll be back!

Snack the Big Fred

19/02/2026: I discovered this little snack bar during a walk one Thursday evening in Fontaine... The only one open in the village... And what a gem! Fred is welcoming, warm, and so kind! I highly recommend this place! And see you soon, Fred! Especially for a special pizza Thursday night (the best pizzas I've ever eaten).
16/02/2026: Excellent snack bar, we were very well received. Two sandwiches and two drinks for €20 with a lovely terrace. I recommend it, very good quality. And the owner was very friendly.
