A wonderful discovery in Fontaine-de-Vaucluse! The Pétrarque et Laure restaurant boasts an idyllic setting, with a magnificent shaded terrace overlooking the Sorgue River. A true little corner of paradise where you can truly enjoy a meal. The menu is very affordable, especially considering the quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal: delicious, generous dishes prepared with excellent ingredients. We particularly appreciated the open kitchen. And what can we say about the welcome! The owner, his wife, and the entire team are charming, smiling, and very pleasant. You really feel at home there. This is an address well worth the detour, and we recommend it without hesitation! And above all, contrary to what one might fear in such a touristy location, it's absolutely not a tourist trap. A truly excellent, authentic, and high-quality restaurant. A family-run establishment open since 1967! We will definitely be back!
