L’ETNA is a French pizza and pasta restaurant. I had the Mediterranean Pizza which had an extremely thin crust but it did taste good. Only one server on a Friday night so she ran non stop to keep everyone happy and fed. Good option vs. the more expensive and slow hotel restaurants. Consider this as a fast food, reasonably priced Italian restaurant near the Nice airport hotels. I came back is September 2025 and had their ribeye steak 🥩 which was good but under cooked by my taste. Medium in the USA is equivalent to rare in France which I forgot. Only one great waiter working his butt off supporting about 15 tables. Good reasonable priced meals near the Nice airport hotels.

Lovely staff, friendly service and homely food! This restaurant (and its lasagna) was a life-saver after a late flight to Nice.
