27/07/2024: While passing through Châtellerault with my family, we came to eat in the evening at BHV. We were very well received by attentive, attentive and friendly servers. In addition, the food (burger and pizzas) were very good and special mention for the Brooklyn beer, also very good, to keep on the menu! The only downside that I can find concerns the burger whose industrial bread contrasts with the quality of the ingredients used (butcher's steak, real thick pork belly and reblochon) of the mountain burger that I tasted. What's more, he wasn't holding himself together and was falling apart. I strongly advise you to buy artisan breads from a baker, this will greatly change the perceived quality for a cost that should not have that much impact on the restaurant's margin.
