Finally, an authentic restaurant with a real sense of hospitality and true professionals. It had been a long time since I'd eaten so well in Nantes without breaking the bank. And let's not forget the setting: the hidden, shaded garden is perfect this time of year.

We opted for the €40 set menu. The dishes were generous and well-prepared, with a touch of flair. The service was professional, and we enjoyed an aperitif and three courses in two hours, with about thirty people in the restaurant. The only downside wasn't the restaurant itself, but the parking situation; you're in a large city.
