Lovely Hotel, very clean, comfortable and the service from the team was always polite and professional. Great access to the ski lift, the Hotel recommended a ski hire shop called Phillips who were also very nice and helpful. A walk around the village is recommended, some lovey bars and restaurants.

Third stay in this hotel which we really like. We love the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant is definitely to be recommended. We took half board and we ate really well. The rooms are rather small but comfortable. Just a suggestion: add hooks for ski gear, there aren't enough in the rooms and it would be very useful for drying!

Hotel extremely well located warm and friendly welcome exceptional restaurant especially the half board the rooms are functional and very pleasant (resort side) the staff at the top really very very good. I highly recommend.

Super, a well priced hotel for a ski holiday in Serre Chevalier. Great location, for skiing and local transportation and walking around the local area and village. Young, friendly, helpful and dynamic team. Super breakfast each day. Room was functional and clean and as described. Good in room facilities; the addition of coat hooks for hanging ski jacket etc would be good, there’s plenty of wall space. The outside area with fire pit was a nice feature. We didn’t use the Spa area. Some areas of the hotel could do with a freshening up, e.g. the chairs, sofas in the lounge / bar areas. We only stayed on B&B basis and had dinner one night in the restaurant. Like many restaurants in the French alps the options for vegetarians were not very extensive. All in though we’d thoroughly recommend staying here. The separate apartment is worth considering too.

Superb hotel, the breakfasts are very varied and excellent with good products, the swimming pool is very nice. Facing the start of the slopes, the location is very good. The welcome is perfect, to recommend!

A very pleasant hotel, the staff is very kind and attentive. Nothing to say about the team. The bartender creates incredible cocktails (the tiramisu 🤩), the waitresses all have a smile and are friendly. We feel a good atmosphere in the team and this has an impact on the general atmosphere. We have had several stays there, all of them have been a success. We highly recommend.

Family dinner around raclette and Savoyard fondue... I think the chef is more attentive to the other dishes, these 2 remain at a decent level. A few lengths in the service. Overloading me with cold meats without an offer of DoggyBag at the end

We spent a very good week with our 2 children aged 5 and 14. The hotel is very well located, the whole team charming and very accommodating. We took advantage of the swimming pool which is reserved by slots so never too many people. Lovely decoration, impeccable daily cleaning in the rooms and numerous facilities offered (ski passes directly at the hotel, ski locker with boot warmer, ski rental, etc.) In short, a real vacation and we will come back next year. Restaurant also delicious. Thanks to the whole team
