I ordered a Caprese salad and an Exotica pizza, but I ended up receiving a Caprese pizza instead.
The waiter admitted he misunderstood the order and apologized, but didn't even bother to replace it.
My partner had to get up to ask for the salad we had ordered from the start.
When it came time to pay the bill, I asked where the pizza we had been charged for and then cleared away was, so I could at least eat the salad.
I was very disappointed by the waiter's incompetence and the lack of consideration shown for his mistake.
Fortunately, a waitress took over with great kindness and professionalism.
The food was still excellent.

Fearing a storm, the (not very friendly) waitress had the bright idea of directing us inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, it was VERY hot, and the music was VERY loud. We could barely hear each other and asked for it to be turned down: nothing was done... and there was very little communication between the servers, as we were asked twice each time what we wanted to drink and what we wanted to eat.
Fortunately, the setting is lovely, the food is very good, and the price isn't excessive.

Unfriendly service. We had to wait 20 minutes for a carafe of water. The pizza was under-topped. I do not recommend it.

A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time. The Spritz was delicious and perfectly prepared. It was my very first time trying carpaccio, and what a surprise: it was absolutely succulent! I thoroughly enjoyed it. A big thank you also to the servers, who were smiling, welcoming, and very pleasant throughout the meal. A place I highly recommend and where we will gladly return!

Very well positioned. Fast service. It would have helped a lot if the menus were accompanied by photos to make it easier to choose. What I tasted was tasty.

Below average. Be warned, the Bolognese sauce is too spicy for a typical children's meal.
The outdoor chairs are extremely uncomfortable.
The toast was burnt, and the honey flavor was completely lost in the goat cheese salad.
