Restaurant Routier Chez Paul sur Doue-La-Fontaine

08/11/2024: The Halte was an excellent surprise on November 1st, very foggy and humid... Not having noticed the clock ticking, my wife and I started looking for a restaurant that was open and still serving at 1:45 p.m. and it was by chance that we ended up in this little haven of peace. Menu at €22.50 with a beautiful starter buffet, followed by a great deer stir-fry accompanied by delicious beef-greased fries.. Hmmm and to finish with a chocolate pear tart for me and a pineapple carpaccio for madam Everything is homemade, very well cooked and tasty, with very generous portions: add to that a young, dynamic and very friendly team and you will understand why I can only highly recommend this beautiful place...
