We stopped there for lunch as a group of four during a lovely e-bike tour, without a reservation, and were still warmly welcomed and received excellent service. The menu is (thankfully!) concise and (thankfully!) typical of the region – the food is delicious and truly "good value".

Absolutely top-notch. The food is to die for, and the desserts are even better. The setting is magnificent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I recommend it 100%!

We arrived in Alsace for five days on Saturday evening, and the Auberge Saint Alexis is by far the best restaurant in terms of value for money. A full menu costs between €24 and €27 depending on the courses. The pie and game dishes were generous and very well prepared. Admittedly, access isn't easy, and the last 300 meters along a rough road could use some repairs. Otherwise, once you arrive, the setting is magnificent: nature, tranquility—a truly delightful experience.
