We discovered the Sauloch restaurant by chance and we were not disappointed! The food is good, good cooked products and simplicity. The service is pleasant and friendly. All in a calming setting full of old objects. We will return!
a beautiful restaurant located in the Triembach forest in Val. the welcome and service are very good.
We had already eaten in this restaurant which we greatly appreciated.
Today the menu has changed.
Personally I had a preference for the old menu which offered rich and tasty Alsatian dishes. The new menu is more French and less oriented towards regional dishes.

A small traditional house hidden in the middle of the forest is a wonderful local restaurant! Warmly welcomed by the owners, we tasted great food, simple but delicious and treated ourselves to exquisite desserts, including a Strawberry soup, which is nothing else but a strawberry and orange puree with a glass of ice cream and some whipped cream. Delicious!!
