Really very atypical old-style restaurant and it's really perfect. The meal was a treat. Too bad it's closing since it's retired. Take advantage of it before the end of September

An emblematic place in the village of Tourtouse which I recommend you visit of great historical interest. Let's go to the table of the Sentenac restaurant. This is, here, all the generosity of Ariège. The products are local. Very generous portions and that's very good. On Wednesday there is the very famous cabbage soup. We come to taste it from the other side of France. The people of Ariège living in Paris dream of it as a return to their roots. The duck heart skewer is a marvel. The tripe is just the way we like it with that little touch of lips sticking to each delicious bite. I only have one regret, that of not having a bigger stomach. Don't miss the cheese platter, all from the Ariège region: exceptional! We thank you Madame Sentenac for this excellent traditional meal, your kindness and your availability.
