The best Chinese restaurant ever!

A reference on shortbread. Our favorite restaurant.

It's been a long time since we last went to a Chinese restaurant, as we were often too disappointed. We arrived in front of the front of this restaurant which doesn't look like much. We tried without much conviction given the unattractive neighborhood. But here we were very pleasantly surprised. Already from the inside. Cozy, clean, several small rooms at the back, lots of regulars. As for home cooking dishes. The spring rolls, the homemade shrimp fritters, the very tasty beef satay, the simple quality wines, and a boss who provides all the service alone and efficiently. The arbutus are magnificently fleshy and served well. If we come back to Sablé, we will definitely eat there again.
