Personally I enjoyed it.
The dishes were very original, a real search for flavors, well balanced.
The presentation is neat and also original.
The food and wine pairing was very good, and in perfect harmony with the dishes, it was also a good surprise for me.
We were a couple, it was particularly suitable for a romantic dinner.
The service is very professional.
If you are looking for an original and delicious culinary experience, don't hesitate.

Excellent lunch meal. One of the best value for money pleasures that we have had the chance to experience.
Delicious mackerel as a starter, magnificent julienne at low temperature as a main course with dry ink risoni, and a sublime trompe l'oeil dessert. 25 euros. And the Sancerre to accompany it was perfect.
The welcome is of a very high level. This restaurant will have a star soon we hope.

Very tasty restaurant. We enjoyed a five-course meal there in the evening. It was very delicieuse and varied in taste, everything was prepared with a lot of love and dedication. Before the menu, I always recommend a sufficient explanation and instruction. Price performance ratio was very reasonable.

Great discovery, here we are that I'm already giving my opinion, it's so excellent. We have had good Parisian restaurants, this one is by far one of the best experiences (Paris and Bordeaux). Thank you chef, we will come back in Bordeaux, just for your table.👌🏼👌🏼

Clients réguliers, c'est toujours un grand bonheur et un immense plaisir gustatif de venir ici!
Rien que l'énoncé des plats sur un joli petit rouleau de papier, donne une folle envie de saliver!
Inventivité, créativité sont les mots qui ne peuvent que venir à l'esprit , dés le visuel et la première bouchée !
Les restaurants sur Bordeaux sont nombreux, mais ne pas connaître celui ci serait un franc dommage pour celui qui n'irait pas y goûter!
Encore un grand merci au chef, et à toute son équipe, qui nous ont encore fait sacrément voyager hier au soir, pour ce qui fut un bel anniversaire !!

Une vraie découverte avec beaucoup d’audace.
Assiettes magnifiques (présentation et goûts), de l originalité. Service agréable avec un enchaînement des plats rythmé. Certains pourraient avoir l impression qu il faut quitter le restaurant pas trop tard. Perso cela ne m a pas dérangé car je n aime pas rester 3h à table !!!
S’il fallait proposer un axe d’amélioration : une petite mignardise chocolatée pour terminer le repas (c est mon pécher mignon) mais c est un détail.
Bonne continuation à ce chef prometteur et bonne découverte aux lecteurs.
