We came for lunch as a couple, under the strong recommendation of a relative who had been more than satisfied with her experience at Son'. And we can only thank her. A very picturesque setting, a room of a decent size and nicely decorated. Very quiet around 1 p.m. for this particular day, a stroke of luck. Pleasant staff, who were able to systematically explain to us what was on our plate with gentleness and professionalism. As for the plates, we were positively surprised! A beautiful layout and combinations of unexpected elements. Although we have tried a number of restaurants over time, this was something new for both of us. We loved it. The trompe l’oeil dessert was also a shock. Disturbing at the first spoonful in the terracotta pot, we wonder if it's not a hidden camera, that we are deliberately about to eat dirt and end up on an M6 blooper... Before to knock out the dessert. Crazy. And for the lunch menu, we paid a more than fair price. We are happy to register this address, and we will most likely return on a future occasion. THANKS !

Really good dining experience! Food was delicious, flavourful and innovatively presented. Service was attentive but not overbearing and atmosphere was nice and cosy. Great wine recommendation too which was always helps. Would love to come back if in Bordeaux again.

An exceptional creative dinner in 5 courses! It is THE gourmet restaurant of Bordeaux to absolutely do. Everything is there exceptional, from the creativity of the dishes to the complexity of tastes, through a staging sometimes in the form of a wink. The kitchen open to the magnificently decorated room and the rock music in the background give this gourmet restaurant a modern and warm atmosphere. Final bouquet when the young chef brings his sumptuous dessert himself.

Excellent birthday dinner spent in this restaurant. A very good address that I highly recommend. The service is just as good as the food. Special mention for the dessert with unique flavors.
