The ramen is clearly the star of the show: rich and flavorful broths, homemade noodles, and the option to choose how cooked you like them. Classics like Shiromaru (traditional tonkotsu) and Akamaru (with umami and koyu oil) are well-prepared. The atmosphere is very pleasant despite the tables being close together to maximize seating.

This is the Paris branch of Ippudo. The food tastes almost the same as in Japan. Prices are a little on the higher side. I think you can order in Japanese. The staff are rather casual, so they won't come to take your order unless you call them. Payment is made after the fact at the entrance. It's often quite busy, and there is outdoor seating available.

We came on a colleague's recommendation and we weren't disappointed. The ramen is reasonably priced, tasty, and plentiful. The restaurant has a chic and pleasant atmosphere. The service was impeccable. However, the tables are quite close together; it's difficult to have a conversation without hearing two other people next to you, which is a shame. One small complaint: I ordered an iced tea, and I was surprised to find it was just a pre-made tea bag simply placed in water with ice cubes. For €6, it should be homemade. Another issue: the menu states that VAT and service are included in the price. When paying, I saw that it was possible to leave a tip, which I find rather unkind to suggest. It seems like taking advantage of tourists who probably don't know about tipping and leave one anyway; I think it's quite inappropriate.

Just go to Japan and eat it. It's delicious, but the price is outrageous. Ramen and a drink cost over 30 euros.
