Restaurant the Vert sur Toulouse

I came to Thé Vert with my family for my birthday, on the (excellent) recommendation of my wife. A very nice restaurant, very friendly and attentive staff, and the sushi (in particular) was wonderful. Very reasonable prices. A great place to know about, I'll gladly return!

An excellent experience at the Thé Vert Asian Restaurant in Toulouse. I was delighted by the beef bo bun, which was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Our waiter, Julien, was very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The decor, with its green lanterns and soothing ambiance, truly invites relaxation. A warm and inviting place that I wholeheartedly recommend to lovers of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.

Excellent place, warm welcome, smiling staff, fresh food, the sushi is better than in most restaurants where it's their main focus, affordable prices, a menu with multiple choices, quick service, also available for delivery, but it's best to make a reservation to guarantee a table. I highly recommend it, ideal for friends/family/a lunchtime date. Expect to pay between €11 for a large roll, €16-20 for set menus, and €25-35 if you have a very large appetite. In 7 years, we've never been disappointed. The owner remembers all his customers, the quality is excellent, and I'll say it again: fresh food with quality ingredients (I'm a former gourmet chef, so very critical, and I hate wasting my money). I recommend it, go for it without hesitation!
