We had stopped going there due to inflated prices and a sharp decline in quality. Since the renovations, the place is cozier, and the ryu rolls with sundried tomatoes are gone. They're back to basics without too many frills, and that's what makes Zen-Saï so great: knowing exactly what you're going to get on your plate. The Shinobi is back at €50 (see photo), but they no longer serve appetizers. Things are looking up for the future.

Excellent experience at Zen-Saï in Toulouse. I was delighted by the salmon and avocado maki rolls, which were impeccably fresh and perfectly executed. Our waiter, Julien, was welcoming and very professional throughout the meal. The minimalist decor, with its modern Japanese touches, creates a soothing atmosphere. The service is quick and attentive. A must-visit for lovers of refined and flavorful Japanese cuisine.

Zen-Saï restaurant in Toulouse is a wonderful discovery for Japanese food lovers. I particularly enjoyed the chicken ramen, which was rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. The minimalist decor creates a calming and modern atmosphere. A big thank you to Yuki, the waitress, for her warm welcome and helpful recommendations. The experience was smooth, pleasant, and made me want to return very soon.

Food was good, the service was great. I just dont understand how people accept to eat farmed fish. The conditions and toxins in the meat are disgusting. If not for the poor ingredient used i wouldmhave given 5 star.
