One of my favorite spots in Toulouse, absolutely delicious! The waitress was super cute and accommodating tonight, but as always, the whole team is fantastic!

Unfortunately, Toulouse isn't known for sushi, and the sushi at Zen-Saï was okay (we shared a €50 set menu). I don't quite understand the concept of using Kiri-type cheese in some of the sushi. It's not the first time I've seen it in a restaurant, and I find it disconcerting. The servers were friendly and attentive. In short, I still haven't found a sushi restaurant that meets our expectations...

08/07/2026: A warm welcome, fast service, but above all, everything is delicious! Fresh produce and homemade cuisine.
18/06/2026: I came to Thé Vert with my family for my birthday, on the (excellent) recommendation of my wife. A very nice restaurant, very friendly and attentive staff, and the sushi (in particular) was wonderful. Very reasonable prices. A great place to know about, I'll gladly return!

Eat Sushi

31/08/2026: Excellent experience. The sushi was delicious, very fresh, and prepared with great care. I go quite often and it never disappoints, but what really makes the difference is the customer service: it's simply fantastic. A special thanks to Daniel, who always takes wonderful care of us, is incredibly attentive and professional. I will definitely be back!
