In our opinion, the best restaurant in Nîmes! Our last dinner at Vincent Croizard's was simply perfect. The service was impeccable yet relaxed. Madame Croizard offered the best wine pairing advice. The wine list is fantastic, with affordable bottles, small producers, and a lot of local wines.
On the plate, the most subtle flavors, the most refined pairings, and impeccably fresh ingredients.
And the setting is as original as ever, a blend of cozy comfort and sophistication. You feel like you're entering a private home; it's very pleasant.
As for the value for money, it's absolutely unbeatable! We absolutely loved it.
