I have rarely been served food as well prepared as in the Woll restaurant. Everything is perfect here, from the food to the service to the atmosphere. A gem just across the French border.
Appetizer delicious. Main course with meat was bad. The meat was really tough (we've had this happen several times now) and it took over an hour until we got the main course after the starter.
Service rarely comes to the table and you have to wait a long time. Worth a visit because of the beautiful view, but not because of the food.
The food doesn't taste incredible and the prices are too high. Nice service and childcare on weekends. Large shaded terrace with lots of tables and a large lawn for the children to play.
The place to be in Sarrebruck! Although no longer located in Saarbrücken, but in the neighboring French town of Lorhringen, the historic inn is the typical Saarbrigger. Decent French-Lorraine cuisine at fair prices. Multilingual, very friendly service. This is a great pleasure to have before the repas in the beautiful garden.

I can't understand the bad reviews. We had a very successful evening at a birthday party for the three of us as a family. Charming historical ambience near the Spicherer Heights, attentive bilingual service, very good food and solid prices. Gladly again. Recommended.
