A quick lunch at the end of the service. And despite that, an excellent, very generous gourmet salad, and the waitress, alone, was brilliant and very kind.
I recommend it; it has a magnificent terrace overlooking the Tarn.

Hiking around the Causse Méjean in a group, we spent the night in Alex's hotel restaurant on the banks of the Tarn. In the guesthouse we ate the unmissable Aligo sausage in the evening. We received a perfect welcome from Alex and we are returning with great pleasure.

We spent one night in this perfect establishment, very clean with very welcoming staff! We also ate at the restaurant, it was delicious... one of the best Aligot sausages I've ever eaten!

I stopped for lunch and I ate quite well. The setting is also nice. I am only disappointed by the fact that I had ordered a menu (starter / main course / dessert or cheese) with a coffee and the manager did not want to pay me for the coffee, as I had not ordered dessert or cheese. A goodwill gesture would have been welcome. I also really appreciated the waitress Nathalie with all her character 😀.
