A wonderful discovery! The chef prepares flavorful dishes using fresh ingredients. The welcome is very warm and the service impeccable. We had a fantastic time on our first visit and highly recommend this restaurant, which truly deserves its 5 stars.

22/03/2026: We spent a night in a lovely suite at the Hotel Edgar, which is well located in the center of Saint-Brieuc, yet quiet. We appreciated the thoughtful touch for our little Yorkie, a basket and food bowl.
