What a pleasure it was to have lunch in Bourbon-Lancy today! I had the joy of rediscovering Nycolas's cuisine, whom I had known back in the day at a fine-dining establishment in the Côte-d'Or. You can immediately tell he hasn't lost any of his passion: his love for the ingredients and his craft is still there, undiminished. A hidden gem we discovered by chance! Having left Le Puy-en-Velay (Haute-Loire) for Autun, we were delighted with our lunch break at Nicolas's. A warm welcome, excellent service, a generous and delicious buffet for him, and a tasty set menu for her, all at a very reasonable price! The quality is evident thanks to the local produce and the chef's creative flair. We highly recommend it!

What a fantastic discovery this restaurant was! The chef created a fabulous menu for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the owner is always available, greeting every table! The quality of the food and the wine pairings are excellent! Why only 5 stars? This restaurant deserves more. The welcome, the food, and the service were extraordinary. The atmosphere was friendly.
