What a pleasure it was to have lunch in Bourbon-Lancy today! I had the joy of rediscovering Nycolas's cuisine, whom I had known back in the day at a fine-dining establishment in the Côte-d'Or. You can immediately tell he hasn't lost any of his passion: his love for the ingredients and his craft is still there, undiminished. A hidden gem we discovered by chance! Having left Le Puy-en-Velay (Haute-Loire) for Autun, we were delighted with our lunch break at Nicolas's. A warm welcome, excellent service, a generous and delicious buffet for him, and a tasty set menu for her, all at a very reasonable price!
