A truly reputable and local restaurant. I've been here in Paris for two days now and absolutely regret not coming sooner. The menu is Middle Eastern but extensive. Josef himself was a very pleasant and down-to-earth fellow. Completely friendly and a very enjoyable experience. I'd gladly return.

19/10/2026: I absolutely loved Beurre Noisette! I enjoyed every bite from start to finish. The cuisine is original, incredibly well-executed, with flavor combinations that are as surprising as they are delicious. All this at an exceptional price. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this wonderful cuisine, and above all, a big thank you for this delightful experience. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
15/10/2026: A small restaurant that looks like a typical Parisian bistro, but the real magic is on the plate. The tartare and lamb were fantastic, with beautifully layered flavours in the sauces and purées. Save room for the rum baba — you’re in for a treat.
