I often use the store's drive-through service and I wanted to say a big thank you to Cécile for her professionalism and good humor. She's a very pleasant person, thank you!

Four years later, I stand by my opinion; things have even improved 😊 It was an excellent idea for E. Leclerc Orchies to open this drive-through in the Carrière Dorée area. No more crossing the whole town to pick up my groceries 😊 The staff are friendly, available, and helpful. Kudos for their quick response to my request to add a product that wasn't listed.

Honestly, this drive-through is fantastic, I've never had a problem. The orders are well prepared and it's fast. And a special mention for Philippine who is always super friendly and professional 🙂

Disappointed! Bins emptied by other customers were left outside and hit my car! No help loading my groceries... The order of arrival wasn't respected either. The package of spaghetti was open! No one was satisfied about whether the vegetables were okay or not. The staff just left me standing there! No smile... I'm unhappy with the service and the product. However, I appreciated the phone call following my message to apologize and to confirm that they had passed the information on to the person who served me. I am therefore increasing my star rating.

I just placed a takeaway order for the first time at this drive-through, even though I usually go to Templeuve. I was pleasantly surprised: the staff were friendly, helped me load my groceries into my trunk, and were very pleasant in the way they spoke to customers. I highly recommend this drive-through to anyone living in Orchies or Genech!
