We had a delightful stay at the Ricordeau hotel-restaurant in Loué: the kind of elegant, family-run establishment that truly deserves a place of excellence. The staff is stylish, charming, and welcoming. I recommend having a drink in the English-style bar before sitting down to dinner in the lovely dining room. The pressed duck foie gras is unforgettable. This is a dinner that deserves to be remembered. The room overlooking the park is very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast offers a delightful buffet of homemade pastries. A big thank you.

29/06/2026: A pleasant setting on the terrace, excellent value for money. Go without hesitation!
24/06/2026: Magical family dinner in the garden — with small goats in a paddock. The setting is relaxed, not fussy. The staff was accommodating to our large group of 9 and nothing was a problem. The food was delicious, not complicated but subtle and balanced. Most of us had the house specialty which included an egg starter and the chicken — I’m sorry I don’t remember the name. All enjoyed their meals even though the restaurant grill was not working so we were unable to order the steak. And, to top it off the crème brule was out of this world. Lovely memory
