Friendly welcome, good food, the location is meh, but the staff should be better trained. We were asked for desserts and in the end she came back to tell us that there wasn't a good server, they should say it beforehand, what they didn't have...

The service was a bit of a wait, but that's normal. A little cold, but otherwise very good. I go there regularly and I recommend it. Happy New Year to the whole team in Castres.

09/12/2025: If there were a sixth star, I'd give it. Homemade, not 200 different dishes, but it's really good. Thank you for your welcome and your kindness.
09/11/2025: I've dined at this fantastic restaurant several times now! Quality food, exceptional pizzas, excellent service in a pleasant setting! I highly recommend it. (With my mouth wide open, of course!)
