I've been coming here for 19 years now. Best Italian restaurant, excellent pizzas, and amazing pasta. I recommend it 1000%! A family-run restaurant with top-notch, friendly service.

A pretty good Italian restaurant, especially for its pizzas, with a light and pleasant crust, expertly made. The terrace is also lovely and perfect for enjoying a convivial atmosphere. Special mention goes to the waiter for his warm, smiling, and attentive service. The overall feel is simple and unpretentious, but you'll have a pleasant time there. A great place that deserves its 4 out of 5 stars.

02/08/2026: I just got a simple spaghetti pomodoro Fresca basilic and let me tell you….I couldn’t eat it fast enough. It was so so good. Fresh tomatoes were used for the sauce, with a couple basil leaves and it was perfect. The best meal I’ve had in Paris. I also enjoyed the fresh bread given with the meal. I would come here again in a heartbeat!

28/07/2026: Recommended address, A special comment today following our visit on Friday, July 24th. The pizzas are always high quality; today the crust was particularly creamy. Always striving for excellence and improvement, Thank you, Philippe.
27/07/2026: Papa Lisa remains a true Strasbourg institution, a place people love to return to for a good meal in a friendly atmosphere. For years, it has offered generous cuisine, featuring authentic Alsatian classics and pizzas that are consistently excellent. However, during my last two visits, I felt something had changed in the kitchen. While the pizzas are still a sure thing, the other dishes seemed less refined and less flavorful than before. It's a shame, because this establishment has long been a benchmark for me. I sincerely hope this is just a temporary dip in quality, because Papa Lisa deserves to return to the level that made its reputation.
