Excellent Italian restaurant! The Milanese is exceptional and the burrata with truffle is simply delicious. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the setting is very pleasant. An excellent place that I highly recommend!

The food was good, but waiting over two hours for our meals without any compensation... it's really unprofessional. Furthermore, they don't accept restaurant vouchers or restaurant voucher cards.

A lovely little restaurant, charming in every way: the decor, the cozy atmosphere, and the Italian-style service. We discovered it through The Fork's "Tous au Resto" (Everyone to the Restaurant) feature, and it was a pleasant surprise. The food is good, with quality ingredients and dishes. We'll be back!

We discovered Inizio while traveling through Marseille, and it was a wonderful find. The owner, Michelangelo, was incredibly welcoming and kind — the kind of hospitality that makes a meal memorable. The food was outstanding. The margherita pizza was simple and perfectly executed, the calzone was hearty and delicious, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. If you’re in Marseille looking for genuine Italian food and warm, genuine hospitality, Inizio is a must-visit. Michelangelo’s care for his customers really shines through. We’d absolutely return if we’re ever back in the area.
