We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. A big thank you to Myriam for her warm welcome and professionalism. She is always smiling, attentive, and very pleasant with customers. Her service was quick and always accompanied by a kind word, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It's truly appreciated to be served with such kindness, and it's rare to find such a lovely experience. Thank you to her for her cheerful disposition; my husband and I will definitely return when we are in Strasbourg. The setting is very pleasant.

A really nice spot before catching a train. At the crossroads of many paths, there's always something to see. Their homemade iced tea is excellent.

Excellent Left Bank address! Warm atmosphere, you feel right at home. The service is professional, friendly, and attentive from start to finish. A lovely, welcoming, and well-maintained ambiance. A sure bet, I highly recommend it!

We came for lunch today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I started with the foie gras, which was truly delicious, followed by the chicken ballotine, which was simply superb. And what can I say about the crème brûlée: delicious and served with a lovely little show—it was so much fun! My husband had the escargots, which he also thought were fantastic. The service was top-notch: attentive, friendly, and efficient. A special thank you to our waitress, Laura, who made our meal so enjoyable. A wonderful restaurant in Strasbourg; we'll definitely be back!

The owner are very welcome and communicative, he's been to Bali and can speak bahasa a little. He cheerfully helps us with the menu. The Tartee Flambe Gratinee is my favorit menu here.

Sessi was wonderful server. The man at the bar was a bit rude to her, just because she didn't bring the card reader to our table. This was not a problem for me. It is also unprofessional to scold employees in front of customers.

During our visit to the Strasbourg Christmas market, we stumbled upon Le Rive Gauche quite by chance in the afternoon, looking for a quick break with coffee and cake. Strasbourg was extremely crowded that day, so it was all the more pleasant to actually find a table for eight people. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting without feeling pretentious. It's a café where you can happily take a short break before plunging back into the hustle and bustle. A real plus, especially on a busy winter weekend. The service was friendly, attentive, and pleasantly relaxed. A particular highlight: we were served in German, which made communication very easy. Paying by card was no problem. The coffee and cake were perfectly fine. Nothing spectacular, but solid quality and just right for a quick stop. You can sit comfortably, warm up, have something to eat, and take a breather. Overall, a good café for a break, especially when the city is crowded and alternatives are scarce. Anyone looking for a casual stop for coffee and cake will find this place ideal. Especially during the Christmas season, it's a pleasant place to visit away from the biggest crowds.
