Rive Gauche sur Plouer-Sur-Rance

Stopped in for lunch. They offer simple set menus (two choices for starter, main course, and dessert), but the food is well-cooked and beautifully presented. Considering the quality, I found the price very reasonable. A great little French restaurant, the kind you wish you saw more often.

A truly beautiful place. The food was of the kind of quality you wish you could enjoy every day. The service was very pleasant, and they even offered helpful tips for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

A great find, discovered by chance just off the main road. On the holiday route, I recommend it. Friendly welcome, excellent value for money 👍.

Very friendly welcome, very good food for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommended.

We discovered this restaurant by chance during a bike ride. A warm welcome, very good value for money. We'll definitely be back.

A warm and welcoming restaurant with excellent food at great prices! I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it. The people are very welcoming and the staff is very kind!

We found Rive Gauche while cycling from Sables d'Or Les Pins to Saint-Malo. It was an incredibly hot day & we welcomed with open arms by the owner, although it was very busy with locals & we didn't have a reservation - nothing was too much trouble. I had the salad entree, lasagne & creme brulee & it was delicious. The owner kindly filled our water bottles with ice-cold water as we left - it was a thoroughly enjoyable visit. Thank you from the 2 English people!

Excellent food, top-notch staff. Thank you for the warm welcome.

I had the chance to eat lunch there in a worker's restaurant – quick, friendly service and good food! I'll gladly go back.

A warm welcome from the couple who run this restaurant, which is very popular with its loyal regulars. Proof, if any were needed, that it's a pleasure to return regularly for the quality of its cuisine.
