Last night, we celebrated my parents' 79th and 80th birthdays, and everything was absolutely perfect! A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful time. A special mention to Mansour for his impeccable service, his kindness, his attentiveness, and his care throughout the evening. Thank you all again for this lovely experience; we will definitely be back!

A very interesting location. Close to Orange headquarters and on a barge on the Seine River. Very good food, a bit pricey, but that's Paris.

This restaurant has nothing left to prove, and here's why: 1. You simply feel like you're outside the city. 2. The cocktails are perfectly balanced. 3. The dishes are very flavorful. 4. The service is attentive and caring. 5. And finally, the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this delightful and refreshing escape.

My wife was there, not me, because I was suffering from a very painful case of shingles. She really enjoyed it.

The setting is very nice, the service is good and pleasant. The cuisine offers a variety of French dishes; generally good, but could be a little more flavorful.

I'd had my eye on this restaurant for a while (2-3 years), but since it wasn't in my usual price range, I'd held off. It wasn't until this summer that I decided I could treat myself and enjoy the menu and ambiance of this establishment. The repeated heatwaves thwarted my plans in July and August, and it's only today that I've finally decided to book a table (in fact, as far as I know, you have to make a reservation). The River Café, as its name suggests, is a floating establishment on the river, boasting a pleasant location that takes full advantage of the greenery of Île Saint-Germain and the riverbank, as well as the coolness of the Seine during this hot period. One slight drawback, however, is the outdoor seating, which is exposed to the sun and becomes difficult if you arrive for lunch after the first hour and a half of service. I had a generous and perfectly balanced virgin mojito as an aperitif. My meal began with a light and refreshing watermelon salad. The watery freshness of the watermelon paired beautifully with the more substantial feta, as well as with the subtle richness of the olives and the sweet acidity of the raspberry vinegar. My main course was "Crying Tiger," the highlight of the lunch. The perfectly cooked sliced ​​meat was both firm and tender, and above all, incredibly flavorful. A wonderful flavor complemented by small pieces of pickled onions and, in particular, a sauce that enhanced the meat's taste. The accompanying thin fries were ideally cooked and seasoned just right. Finally, I paired this delicious meat dish with a glass of light Pinot Noir, another excellent combination. Dessert was a rich chocolate fondant, one of the best I've ever had, topped with a crème anglaise whose hint of vanilla enhanced the intense flavor of the cocoa. The service was excellent, despite a slight hiccup with the order taking, which meant it wasn't recorded correctly. As compensation, I was offered a free virgin mojito and moved to a table with less sun than the one I had originally chosen. The waiter (Kevin, if I understood the staff correctly at the end of lunch) gave excellent advice on the wine, starter, and dessert (I knew from the start that I wanted the "Crying Tiger" dessert). In short, I had an excellent meal with equally excellent service for €59, which is more than I normally pay in restaurants, but it was well worth it. I won't be back for a while, but I will definitely return, and I already have an idea of ​​what I'll order. River Café gives me a 9 out of 10; go, you won't regret it.
