A new and excellent menu featuring a truly superb venison steak – I regretted not ordering it – but the hake was also very good. Thank you to Jean for his perfect wine pairing with the dish, and to Marius for the excellent homemade terrine. Thank you for these enjoyable and flavorful culinary moments filled with new tastes.
