We had a wonderful time as a family in a pleasant setting. The welcome was friendly. The starters and main courses were original, allowing us to discover new flavors.

Table reserved for a birthday. Upon arrival, the welcome was lukewarm. Three glasses of very average, not-so-chilled champagne, served in different wine glasses...no accompaniments (tapenade, peanuts, etc.). The starter, main course, and dessert were good; no birthday cake. As for the wine, the quality was far below the price!

We had dinner at Riviera III.
Unfortunately, the service staff were rather unfriendly. The menu looked very appealing, but the meat was quite tough and full of sinew.
The chef's special menu was interesting.
The seats on the lower terrace are beautiful and especially recommended for sunset!

A first for us today, and a very good experience. We received a very warm welcome, the staff were friendly, and the cuisine was generous and refined from start to finish. The location on the terrace facing the sea is magnificent, calm, and relaxing.
I highly recommend this establishment 👍💪💯.

Absolutely top-notch! The welcome, the attentive service, the perfectly executed dishes with exquisite Mediterranean flavors… the wine, handpicked by the owner from his fabulous cellar, to suit all budgets and tastes… and the setting too, with its seaside terrace…
In short, don't miss out on the best restaurant in Le Brusc.

While passing through Le Brusc, we chose the Riviera 3 restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. We opted for the chef's tasting menu, which was a blind tasting, and we weren't disappointed. With a focus on seafood (we are, after all, on the Mediterranean coast), everything from the amuse-bouche to the dessert was truly delicious and flavorful, with excellent wine pairings from the sommelier for each course. The service was impeccable and attentive; I highly recommend it for a wonderful experience.
