Everything was perfect, from the aperitifs to the digestifs.
We had already celebrated a birthday there a few years ago and were already impressed by the quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere!

High marks for the surprise menu (Chef's menu) featuring very tasty dishes with beautiful presentation. The service was impeccable, accompanied by background music. The professionalism and friendliness of all the staff (servers and owners) deserve special mention. R.V.

A truly "local" combination with a sea view and spring sunshine:
- Starter with flame-grilled sardines: A briny starter, perfect for Brusc, with the crispness of the flames on the skin combined with the tender flesh of the sardines.
For the main course:
- Confit beef cheek: An incredibly tender cut, especially when slow-cooked and coated in a very fragrant sauce. Kudos for the pairing with the purple artichoke (I love it).
The welcome and service were equally impressive...
Thank you for this wonderful experience, I highly recommend it.

A highly creative fusion cuisine, fresh produce, fabulously successful flavor combinations, and great care taken with the presentation. For the reasonable price, the quality is simply incredible.

Unfortunately we were unlucky, the dishes ordered had a strong lamb taste when there was not supposed to be any… the white wine was good but not at temperature, a shame for a Châteauneuf-du-Pape white 2022.

Absolutely top-notch! The waiter/sommelier recommended wines to perfectly complement the menu, which was superb! It deserves a Michelin star, considering the artistry on the plate!

What a wonderful surprise to find a restaurant with such excellent service and, above all, such an amazing menu! The mystery meal was a real treat, and it was especially affordable considering what was on offer. Highly recommended!

A delightful surprise at Riviera 3!
Elaborate dishes, excellent cuisine, kudos to the chef! A very impressive wine list, perfectly curated and presented by Jean.
It's perhaps a shame it wasn't more prominently displayed :-) We will gladly return, thank you for this experience.
