5 stars – Excellent! What a joy to stumble upon Roma Nostra! Located right on Place du Cygne, it's the perfect spot for a truly authentic Italian experience. We absolutely loved this Italian restaurant in Chartres! The servers are very professional, always smiling and incredibly helpful; you immediately feel welcome. We started with the charcuterie and cheese platter: absolutely delicious! Everything was incredibly flavorful, the ingredients were high quality, and you could taste the authentic Italian expertise. The accompanying green salad was generous, with a lovely variety of leaves and perfect dressing—not too much, not too little—just right. And what can I say about the owner… a real character! A true gentleman, the kind you rarely see anymore, smiling, generous, who chats with customers and creates a wonderfully warm atmosphere. It's a welcome change from impersonal places! To finish, they offered us a homemade lemon digestif: a marvel, fresh, tangy, and just the right amount of acidity—the perfect ending to the meal. And the best part: the price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity served. Unbeatable value for money! We'll definitely be back, and we recommend it 200% to all lovers of authentic Italian cuisine. Well done to the whole team! 🍕🍷

We ate at your restaurant today and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The pizzas were excellent and generous. There was a mistake with the wine, and the owner insisted on correcting it. He was very professional and welcoming. We had a wonderful time. See you soon... 😉

The lighting is lovely and warm! But it's so cold in there, you can't feel the heating. And on top of that, the Catholic music is playing, it feels like we're being led to our doom. Bring it on!

The welcome and waitress were very pleasant. I had a pasta dish that was good and generous, reasonably priced. I recommend it.

Hello, I ate there yesterday at lunchtime. I arrived a little before the restaurant opened, and when they saw me waiting in the cold, they opened the door for me so I could wait in the warmth! I was even offered a complimentary non-alcoholic cocktail, which was delicious! I was served very quickly, and the meal was delicious and very generous. They even offered me a hot chocolate, but unfortunately, I was late for an appointment. In conclusion, the staff, and especially the owner, are warm and very friendly, the meal was beautifully presented, and there were good portions of each ingredient! I will definitely go back as soon as I have the chance :)
