We discovered this restaurant thanks to friends and we were delighted: the service, the menu, the setting—everything was perfect. We will be back.

A wonderful experience at your establishment. My parents and I enjoyed the meal and spa package, which included two hours of access to the wellness area and a 50-minute massage. Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the facilities. Special mention to Manon for her superb massage; it was a truly relaxing experience. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I came to Burgundy for a holiday and we discovered the Maritonnes restaurant. We were staying in a different hotel as we weren't aware of the complex. (Next time we'll try the full experience with the spa and the hotel). We ate dinner on the terrace and were pleasantly surprised by the decor and the magnificent view of the park. We had the opportunity to walk around it, and it was very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing during our holiday! The service at the restaurant was impeccable, from the welcome to the service itself; we felt truly listened to. We were served throughout by a young waitress, Fanny, who was very energetic and always smiling. She was very professional and took the time to engage with us during every interaction. We were served by Esther, who was also very friendly and pleasant, and she told us about the history of the restaurant—it was definitely worth the visit! I highly recommend this restaurant!

A very pleasant evening at this restaurant! The setting and terrace are superb, overlooking a wooded park – airy and peaceful! The service was refined, friendly, attentive, and smiling. We chose the €35 set menu: sea bream tartare, poached egg in red wine sauce, and chicken liver pâté with morel sauce – it was delicious! The desserts were also good. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of discovering the Rouge et Blanc restaurant, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The setting is magnificent, with a perfectly manicured garden that adds a great deal of charm to the establishment. The welcome and service are warm and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food, the dishes are simply delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A big thank you to the entire team for pampering us throughout the meal. I highly recommend it!

After a disappointing experience a few years ago, we returned on a Saturday at lunchtime and were pleasantly surprised. From the welcome to the service and the meal itself, everything was excellent. We will gladly return, and this time sit on the terrace.
