25/02/2026: An institution. Impeccable, old-fashioned service. Reliable, classic dishes. The quintessential Parisian brasserie.
20/02/2026: I hadn't been back to Georges' for about thirty years, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The dining room was as welcoming as ever, the meal delicious (scallop stew), the staff perfect—in short, we had a wonderful time.
