We had the privilege of dining at the Chef's table, offering a direct immersion into the heart of the kitchens, a true guarantee of quality, transparency, and hygiene. The decor is magnificent, creating a warm and refined atmosphere thanks in particular to the exposed beams and intimate candlelight. The culinary experience was exceptional, from the amuse-bouche to the exquisite petits fours (the praline choux pastry and the tarte Tatin were a delight). Absolutely everything was succulent, from the mushroom starter to the chocolate pear, not forgetting the perfect execution of the generous scallops. The bread and butter, both delicious, were promptly replenished. The portions are perfectly balanced, demonstrating a generosity that is a pleasure to note. The staff was attentive and professional. This restaurant richly deserves a five-star rating and, in all sincerity, surpasses some Michelin-starred establishments by a considerable margin. Accustomed to centralizing my reviews on the best places via Mapstr, I exceptionally decided to leave a full rating on Google in order to congratulate and give strength to this establishment for its excellence.

Perfect from the very first moment – ​​the food was outstanding, finely balanced, and creative. Every course surprised and delighted us.
