Small brasserie which doesn't look like much at first glance, but which turns out to be friendly, and very affordable given the quality of the service and the dishes! The homemade maître d'hôtel butter is well dosed and really tasty, the fries are fresh, the coffee tiramisu is a delight. Don't trust the dire reviews and give it a try. A big thank you to the boss and his wife for the pleasant and warm welcome, and congratulations to the chef for the freshness of the products and the quality of the dishes!

Très très bon ! Le burger du café rubis est excellent ! Compter environ 16 à 17 € le burger ce qui est raisonnable ! Je recommande vivement

Very good experience at Café Rubis. Lunch each with a mixed salad and gourmet coffee and tea. Everything was very good. The portions are generous. The setting of Place Saint Louis is very pleasant. Attention to our dog and a pleasant and responsive service. Impeccably clean and spacious toilets. The icing on the cake: a responsible commitment: in the toilets, posters allow, by scanning a QRCode, to access an app which allows you to assess your blood alcohol level. In short, flawless! Thank you for your welcome.

Under the advice of our Sarrebourg friend I came to eat. A great welcome, the dishes were just delicious, I enjoyed it fresh and homemade. Top service, I in turn recommend Café Rubis with my eyes closed

Très bien, bon accueil et service sympa, plat très bon. On est arrivé à 6 le midi et tout le monde a trouvé son bonheur sur la douzaine de plats de l'ardoise. Ardoise qui manque un peu de détail mais la serveuse assure le SAV !

14/07/2024: Discovered on a whim with a large group, I was not disappointed. The dishes are really very very filling and the menu offers a wide range of prices accessible to all wallets. It's good, spicy, friendly, and effective. What more can I say other than recommend it to you?

25/08/2024: We came from Lille to take a trip to Metz and we came across this kebab by chance, frankly it's super good, the meat smells good and the taste is excellent I advise you to come!
24/08/2024: I've been going there for years. Always perfect, nothing to complain about and are always smiling and in a good mood. I recommend without problem.
