I just ordered couscous from Mina, having been searching for a good couscous in Toulouse after trying many oriental restaurants in the area. So far, this is the best couscous I've had; the meat is exceptional, the sauce is flavorful, the semolina is perfect, and the portion is generous. Thank you, Mina.
